The most sensible thing to do is not to drive when tanked up. Seriously no matter how good your DUI ambulance chaser is, You will never forgive yourself if you kill someone
It is apparent that the need for DUI Special Attorneys is created by the vast number of fools who drink and drive.
When you see people with 4,5,6 and 7 dui arrest, there should be no need for an attorney. Throw the irresponsible drunk in jail, without a trial, and leave them there for a minimun of 5 years without parol.
If, this DUI Jerk has killed another person, 20 years!!!
These should be Federal Mandates, not subject to State ratification. Judges have too much leaway on sentencing!!!
